We, Whyteleafe Village Council, usually meet on a Monday at 7:15pm, every month or two, depending on our workload.

The meetings are open to the public and doors open at 7pm with a short period before the start of each meeting for the public to raise comments. If you wish to attend a meeting, please get in touch with the Clerk in advance.

We also have a Planning Committee and this meets on a monthly basis typically at 6pm. The next Planning Committee meeting dates are:

* Monday 20th January 2024 (at the Function Room, Whyteleafe Tavern)
* Monday 24th February 2025 (tbc)
